Translation

Θεοδώρου ὑπάρχου καὶ ἄρχοντος (?).

(Seal of) Theodore, eparch and archon (?).

Commentary

The reverse monogram is two titles (indicated by the , abbreviating καὶ), however it is ambiguous what these two titles are. Although ὑπάρχου καὶ ἄρχοντος is possible, just as possible would be σχολαρίου (scholarios) καὶ ὀπτίονος (option), or a different  combination of archon, eparch, scholarios, optio, and hypatos. Zacos suggests ὑπάρχου καὶ σχολαρίου (eparch and scholarios), though he acknowledges the abnormality of the combination of those two functions.
