Obverse

Bust of the Mother of God holding the medallion of Christ before her. Details indistinct. No sigla visible. Within concentric borders of dots, a circular inscription beginning with a cross at seven o'clock:

ΘΕΟΤΟΚ̣Ε̣̣ΟΗΘΕΙΤΣ

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δ(ούλῳ)

Reverse

Inscription of five lines beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ ῥαικτόρι καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ κοιτῶνος.

Mother of God, help your servant John, raiktor and epi tou koitonos.
