Lord, help Nicholas Ourbitziotes, protospatharios epi tou Chrysotriklinou and protonotarios.
Commentary
We have followed Seibt's lead in rendering the family name as Ourbitziotes and identifying him as a protonotarios instead of an imperial notarios (although the latter remains a possibility).
