The signature shows who wrote this.
Commentary
The first word (abbreviated) of the inscription ought to be ἐπισφράγ(ισμα), but we have transcribed it as a shortened form, ἐπίσφραγ(ις), so the the inscription obeys the rules of a dodecasyllabic verse. It should be added to the corpus assembled by Wassiliou-Seibt, Siegel mit metrischen Legenden, vol. I.
