Translation

ἔπαρχος ἐκ σοῦ καὶ πρόεδρος, Παρθένε, Ἐπιφάνιος Καματηρὸς ὅν σκέποις.

It is by your grace, Virgin, that Epiphanios Kamateros is eparch and proedros, and may you protect him.

Commentary

Dodecasyllabic. Parallels to this seal are preserved in Athens and at the Hermitage. Jordanov (Corpus II, p.171) lists several other groups of seals bearing the name of Epiphanios Kamateros, which may have belonged to the same individual.
