This metrical seal should be added to the corpus compiled by Wassiliou-Seibt.
The wife of a sebastos named John Polemianites is mentioned in a document from 1316; see H. Hunger and O. Kresten, Das Register des Patriarchats von Konstantinopel, vol. 1 (Vienna, 1981), no. 44 (p. 308, 4-6).
Note the superfluous abbreviation mark in the third line of the reverse.
