Poorly preserved bust of St. George holding a spear and shield. Epigraphy on either side: |γε|ορ|γ.|.|σ : ὁ ἅ(γιος) Γεόργ[ιο]ς. Border of dots.

Inscription of five lines, a cross above.

σκέποις, ἀθλητά, Μιχαὴλ τὸν Τζακάλιν.

Champion, may you protect Michael Tzakales.

Commentary

Wassiliou-Seibt read the family name as Τζάκαλ(ον) in her transcription, but the ending is not abbreviated: the ΙΝ at the end of the last line of the reverse is clear, so that we give the family name here as Tzakales.
