Translation

τὶ σφραγὶς ἐν γράμμασι δείκνυσι, λέγε. κριτὴν Πεκούλην κοιαίστωρα προγράφει.

Read what the seal shows in its lettering. It announces the judge and koiaistor Pekoules.

Commentary

A very interesting metrical asking and answering the question of the owner's identity. Note the unusual ligature combining ΗΝΚ in the third line of the reverse.
