Patriarchal cross on three steps, with fleurons rising to the lower crossbar; pellets adorning the upper quarters. Traces of a circular inscription, beginning at seven o'clock. No visible border.

Translation

Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Συμεὼν ἐπισκόπῳ Σορῶν.
