Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ μητροπολίτῃ Χαλκηδόνος.

Mother of God, help your servant Theodore, metropolitan of Chalcedon.

Commentary

The prelate attested here may be the Theodore who is known to have held the office in 1027-1030 (Rhallès-Potlès V, 24, 32; Ficker, Erlasse, 19.
