Ornamental cross with pellets at the ends standing upon a globus cruciger with fleurons on either side. Above these fleurons, the sigla: ισ̅χσ̅ : Ἰησοῦς Χριστὸς. Circular inscription within border of dots.

Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Σταυρακίῳ δούλο Χριστοῦ ἀναξίῳ νέο.
Lord, help your servant Staurakios, the servant of Christ and unworthy novice.
Commentary
The meaning of the last word is unclear. It undoubtedly reads ΝΕΟ (i.e. νέῳ), which along with the epithet ἀνάξιος most likely refers to a monastic novice.
