Translation

Μῆτερ τοῦ Κυρίου Θεοῦ ἡμῶν βοήθει Ἐπιφανίῳ ὑίῳ Ζηπερ.

Mother of the Lord our God, help Epiphanios son of Zeper.

Commentary

The reading of the obverse monogram, supplied by Zacos, is tentative, but seems quite likely, especially in light of the seal of this seal owner's father, Ziper (BZS.1955.1.634), which contains a similar invocation but with the βοήθι written out in the angles instead of in the monogram.
