Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θεοδώρῳ πρωτοπροέδρῳ καὶ κοιαίστωρι τῷ Σμυρναίῳ.

Mother of God, help your servant Theodore Smyrnaios, protoproedros and koiaistor.

Commentary

Theodore Smyrnaios enjoyed a long and illustrious career as a judge between ca. 1080 and 1120. He was protoproedros (but not yet koiaistor) by 1095 and is known from our BZS 1958.106.3753 to have become protokouropalates and koiaistor sometime after 1112. See PBW: Theodoros 109.
