Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Θωμᾷ πρωτοκουράτορι.

Lord, help your servant Thomas, protokourator.

Commentary

It is possible that the owner's office could be read as protostrator, but we read the first letter of the last line as the ligature ου and thus prefer the reading protokourator.
