Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέοντι μοναχῷ, κουβουκλησίῳ καὶ ἀνθρώπὸ Ἀλεξίῳ δεσπότου.

Theotokos, help your servant Leo monk, kouboukleisios, and "man" of Alexios the despot.

Commentary

Laurent identifies the "despot" as the Patriarch of Constantinople, Alexios I the Stoudite.
