Commentary

The reverse complex monogram cannot be read in full as the die was not struck upon the center of the flan. However, based on the remains of the border, it appears that there is no space for an ligature, but only for a Τ placed above the Ρ. With the presence of the ligature, the monogram would assuredly read Κωνσταντίνου πατρικίου in the dative, but without it, it reads a dative and could contain either of the common names Anastasios or Constantine.
