Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Κωνσταντίνῳ κουβουκλησίῳ καὶ ἐπισκεπτήτῃ.

Commentary

The reading of the title as κουβουκλεισίῳ and not κουβικουλάριῳ is preferable based on the date of the seal.
