Three figures: in center, the Virgin holding Christ. Left, a saint of uncertain identity (St. Akempsimas?) with arm outstretched. Right, St. Eudokimos accompanied by remains of his vertical inscription: ΚΙ|Μ: Ὁ ἅγιος Εὐδόκιμος. Border of dots.

All-holy One, may you protect me, Michael of Raidestos.
