Translation

Δοῦλον σὸν ὑπέρτιμον, Ἄχραντε, σκέποις.

Immaculate One, may you protect your servant the hypertimos.

Commentary

The title hypertimos was created for Michael Psellos about the year 1056 and was afterwards bestowed upon a limited number of ecclesiastical officials, as the unnamed owner of this seal will likely have been. See Laurent, Corpus V/1, 161ff.
