Συμεων(ί)ου χωρεπισκόπου.

(Seal of) Symeon, chorepiskopos.

Commentary

Laurent restores the name as Συμεονίου, which is possible, but as the required Ι is not clearly present (it may have been off the left at the beginning of the third line) an unusual genitive for Symeon (Συμεώνου instead of Συμεώνος) is at least as plausible.
