Ἰωάννου χαρτουλαρίου (?)

Translation

Ἰωάννου χαρτουλαρίου.

(Seal of) John, chartoularios.

Commentary

The monogram's resolution is uncertain, as the top of the seal, and of the monogram, is broken off. Assuming that there is a Τ perched atop the Ρ with a Υ sitting upon it, as seems likely, then we have this reading of "John notarios," finding an within the Ρ and Υ. If there is no Υ atop the Τ, then no sure reading comes to mind.
