Νέμοις Μιχαὴλ Συροπούλῳ τὴν χάριν ἀσωμάτων πρώτιστε βεστιαρίτῃ.
May you, foremost of the incorporeal beings, bestow grace on Michael Syropoulos, vestiarites.

Commentary
The vestiaritai formed a distinct unit of the imperial guard. First attested in the middle of the eleventh century, the office continued well into the fourteenth century.
The divinity addressed as "foremost of the incorporeal beings" is the archangel Michael.
