Patriarchal cross, an x at the lower transverse bar, mounted on a base of two steps. Fleurons rise on both sides.

Reverse

Inscription of four lines, likely beginning with a cross. Border of dots.

Κ(ύρι)ε Ἰ(ησο)ῦ [Χ(ριστ)έ] β(οήθει) τῷ σῷ δ(ούλῳ) Λέωντα

Translation

Κύριε Ἰησοῦ Χριστέ βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Λέωντα.

Lord Jesus Christ, help your servant Leo.

Commentary

It is likely that the two letters missing at the beginning of the second line are ΧΕ, the abbreviation for Χριστέ.

Note the change in case in the invocation from the dative to the accusative in which the owner's name is rendered.
