Reverse

Cruciform monogram; in the lower quarters and the upper right quarters, crosses, while there is some sort of decoration in the upper left quarter. Wreath border.

α - δ - ι - κ - ν - ο - σ - τ - υ - ω

Κωνσταντίνου διακόνου or κανδιδάτου

Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει. Κωνσταντίνου διακόνου / κανδιδάτου.

Theotokos, lend Thy aid. (Seal of) Constantine deacon / kandidatos.

Commentary

Both κανδιδάτου and διακόνου are possible readings in conjunction with the name Κωνσταντίνου in the reverse monogram--or indeed, any other title or office that contains a Δ and uses the letters within the name of Constantine.
