Translation

Σὸν Σάββαν οἰκτρὸν ἱκέτην ἀγνὴ σκέποις.

Pure One, may you protect your unworthy servant Sabbas.

Commentary

Dodecasyllable. This individual calls himself "unworthy" which may be an indication of his monastic vocation, or may merely indicate his piety.
