Translation
Κύριε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Ἰωάννῃ βασιλικῷ πρωτοσπαθαρίῳ καὶ ἐπὶ τοῦ Χρυσοτρικλίνου τῷ Ἀργυρῷ.
Lord, help your servant John Argyros, imperial protospatharios and epi tou Chrystriklinou.
Commentary
Note the possible contraction in line two of the reverse, where πι seems to combine the homophones αι and ε in καὶ ἐπὶ.
