Translation
Νέμεις, ἀθλητἀ Χριστοῦ τροπαιοφόρε, σῷ συνωνύμῳ Πεδιασίμῳ χάριν.
Champion of Christ and victor, you dispense your grace to Pediasimos who shares your name.
