Translation

τῶν πρακτέων φέρει με καὶ γραφῶν κῦρος Λέων σεβαστῶν ἄξια διαπρέπων ῥίζης φύσιν ἄνακτος τοῦ Μονομάχου.

A man who graces the ranks of the sebastoi and his lineage from the lord emperor Monomachos, Leo uses me to confirm his documents and letters.
