Translation

τὸν Χοζάζην με Ῥομανὸν σκέποις, κόρη.

Virgin, may you protect me, Romanos Chozazes.

Commentary

The reading of the second line and the first half of the third on the reverse cannot be restored with certainty. We have tentatively offered a family name, Chozazes, which at least has the virtue of fitting into the metrical verse.
