Translation

Θεοτόκε βοήθει Γρηγορίῳ πρωτοπροέδρῳ καὶ δουκὶ Βουλγαρίας.

Theotokos, help Gregory protoproedros and doux of Bulgaria.

Commentary

Laurent suggested that this Gregory may be Gregory Kamateros, who also served as praitor of Peloponnesos-Hellas. This proposition remains hypothetical.
