Translation
σκέποις σεβαστὸν φερώνυμον, μάρτυς, Κομνηνοδούκαν πατρόθεν καὶ μητρόθεν.
Martyr, may you protect the sebastos who bears your name, a Komnenos and Doukas on his father's and mother's side.

Commentary
Wassiliou-Seibt suggests that the owner of this seal is to be identified as the son of the sebastokrator John Doukas, born about the year 1180-1185 and later attested as ruler of Epiros and Thessalonike.
