The empress standing to front, wearing a crown and loros and holding a scepter in the right hand. Attitude of left hand indistinct. Inscription in two columns. Border of dots.

Translation

Ἄννα εὐσεβεστάτη αὐγούστα αὐτοκρατόρισσα Ῥομέον ἡ Παλεολογίνα.
