St. Theodore standing, holding a spear in his right hand and balancing his shield against the ground. The sigla on both sides are disposed in the form of a cross: α|ογσ|ιθ|ε|ροσ|| : Ὁ ἅγιος Θεόδωρος. Linear border.

Inscription of five lines, a cross above. Linear border.
