Translation

Ἅγιε βοήθει τῷ σῷ δούλῳ Παντολέοντι μοναχῷ.

Holy one, help your servant, the monk Pantaleon.

Commentary

As St. Panteleïmon's name before his conversion to Christianity was Pantaleon, the seal owner is invoking his name-saint on this seal.
