Description
Handwritten letter discusses that D.O. notes for the planting record book [Beatrix Farrand's Plant Book for Dumbarton Oaks] are being revised, and Beatrix Farrand wants to send them to Anne Sweeney to copy from time to time. Anne Sweeney is to forward them on to Mildred Bliss then possibly on to John Thacher for review. An addendum to the letter was added February 24, 1947 following a letter received from Mildred Bliss.
Included are some "revised" notes reflecting sections in Beatrix Farrand's Plant Book for Dumbarton Oaks.
