Description

Handwritten letter informs Mildred Bliss of the recent visit Beatrix Farrand had with John Thacher to discuss the Dumbarton Oaks garden work after it was put off due to World War II. She reports that Robert Patterson and John Thacher have agreed to have Robert Patterson come to Dumbarton Oaks.

She also asks Mildred Bliss to offer her approval for Sellar Bullard to use capital funds for the construction of parking for the Santa Barbara Botanic Garden.
