Description

Correspondence sent by Louise du Pont Crowninshield to Mildred Bliss discussing the future of Reef Point Gardens. Included with letter are two additional letters sent to Louise du Pont Crowninshield from Etheldreda S. Reid, the president of the Garden Club of American in 1956 also discussing her thoughts on saving Reef Point Gardens after a conversation with Mrs. Lincoln Cromwell.

These letters may have been included with a letter Mrs. Bliss sent to Robert Patterson [this letter is not in the Garden Archives] and then returned with a letter by Robert Patterson to Mildred Bliss, F13:RH 1956.03.01.
