Translation from Latin into Greek of the synopsis of practical medicine by Dr. John Allen in nine chapters by Alexander Giagkoulaios Byzantios.
John Allen (d. 1741) was a British physician and the author of the influential medical textbook Synopsis universæ Medicinæ practicæ; sive doctissimorum Virorum de Morbis eorumque causis ac remediis judicia. This work was translated into multiple modern languages, including Greek.
