Eugenio Fischgrund

Eugenio Fischgrund was a publisher in Mexico City of books and postcards; both showcased Mexican art and folklore, especially regional costumes. Fischgrund was a member of the Acción Democrática Internacional (International Democratic Action) and owner of the publishing house Editorial de Arte, located at Isabel La Catolica, 30-205, Mexico City. His postcards often were made in collaboration with the photographer Luis Márquez (1899–1978), and he also published postcards employing watercolors by Charles X. Carlson (1902–1991), F. Lugo, and Rafael Martínez Padilla (1878–1958).
