Commentary

This semissis with staurogram () on globus instead of the usual cross potent on globus was published as a piece of Constans II by M. D. O’Hara in Coins and Antiquities, list no. 54, a misattribution that Hahn corrected in Numismatic Circular (1977): 308.

Cf. DOC 2.1:225, 265, no. 52 (variant).

MIB 3:88–89.
