Herakleios stands at center with mustache and long beard. Bearless Herakleios Constantine stands at right. Heraklonas, also beardless, stands at left. Each wears chlamys and holds staff with cross in right hand. Herakleios and Herakleios Constantine are crowned. Cross above Heraklonas.

Cross potent on base and three steps.

This is the second known specimen with date . The location of the first specimen (P. Ricotti, “La monetazione siciliana nell’epoca bizantina,” 12, plate 2) is unknown.
