Not identifiable, but traces of ΕΛ and a face at 5-6h on reverse, which probably comes from a previous issue of Tiberios III. 

Commentary

This coin was overstruck on both its obverse and reverse. The Δ in the right field is the fourth regnal year (701/702) but Hahn assumes (MIB 3:189) that, since there is no evidence for a further regnal year, it may have become immobilized and used until 705.
