Reverse
Half-length figure of Manuel Doukas on left and St. Demetrios on right. Manuel wears stemma (crown), divitision, collar-piece, and paneled loros. St. Demetrios, nimbate, wears tunic, breastplate, and sagion. They hold between them a sword with a pommel (?) on top. Circular legend obscure. Eight-pointed star within a half-circle of dots (cloud?) above. Manus Dei in field above Manuel’s head.
