Notes

Eustratiades 449.
Photius I, Saint, Patriarch of Constantinople, ca. 820-ca. 891. Amphilochia.
[Westerink's collection: entire ms. in three parts with several pages retaken].
[MTA.4.8 has almost the entire ms., except the addition by Dionnysios od Lavra, but of lower quality, with several folios missing or poorly processed and illegible, and parts of text cut off; several pages retaken at the end, including the table of contents].

Westerink's films (WEST.MTA.4.6, 8, 10, 16):
Fols. 24v, 28v, and 365v partially illegible because of physical damage on the film.
After fol. 435v (end): three pages written by Dionnysios of Lavra, noting that the last two letters were supplemented from a M. Gregoriou ms. with six additional letters listed in Eustratiades.
Old folio numbers sometimes better visible than the new ones, esp. on the film WEST.MTA.4.8.

Before fol. 1r: Decorated frontispiece with portraits of Patriarch Photius and Amphilochius above two tables with writing instruments.
Fol. 184r: A sketch on the lower margin illustrating the relations between Father, God, Logos and Problema.

(Inaccurate entry in Pinakes).
