Title: Δαμασκίου φιλοσόφου ἀπωρίαι καὶ λύσεις περὶ τῶν πρώτων ἀρχῶν.
Incipit: “Πότερον ἐπέκεινα τῶν πάντων ἐστὶν ἡ μία τῶν πάντων ἀρχὴ λεγομένη…”
f. 48r: the text continues in a different hand.
