The Acts of Eighth (Fourth) Council of Constantinople translated into Latin by Anastasius Bibliothecarius.
This ms. does not appear in any of the Vatican serial print catalogues but Manfredi's book in the Studi e Testi series does (thoroughly) catalogue it as one of the manuscripts of Pope Nicholas V.
