A Carolingian codex containing a collection of agrimensorial texts.
The codex is richly illustrated and contains wonderful portraits of an emperor and learned among many others.
The reader is particularly referred to the excellent entry in Elmar Mittler’s (ed.) Bibliotheca Palatina exhibition catalogue (p. 129-130). (Please see bibliographical references)
The catalogue notes that the foliation is sometimes mistaken.
