Bod. Roe 18b. Madan no. 264. Paper, mense Septembri, anno mundi 6857, manu Constantini Sapientis: «διὰ χειρὸς ἐμοῦ Κωνσταντίνου τοῦ σοφοῦ» (fol. 476v, ut app.). 475 folios (1-253, 254-476).
A later hand just subtracted 5508 from A.M. date and wrote «ἔτει τῆς ἐνσάρκου οἰκονομίας ͵ατμθʹ» in the margin, which Coxe (sub lem., §62; see Bibliography) and Πίνακες (see Online Resources) follow. But Moore (p. 734) is right in subtracting 5509, since the date is in September, and placing this at A.D. 1348.

Provenance information on 475v longer than given by Coxe. Inter alia, «...εἴ τις βουληθῇ ποτε ταύτης [τῆς μονῆς] ἀποστερῆσαι, κεχωρισμένος ἔσεται τριάδος τῆς ἁγίας ἐν τῷ αἰῶνι τούτῳ [γε?] καὶ τῷ ἐλωσομένῳ...»
