The ms. is signed and dated on fol. 397v. The scribe is Manuel Chalkeopoulos and the date is 1321 A.D. Mention is also made of the hieromonk Bartholomew who provided funds for the sticherarion.
At the very end of the ms. there are several leaves bound in “portrait” rather than “landscape” orientation. Inc. on first page (at the end of the codex) “ἄριστε Διονύσιε...”
