Triodion and Pentekostarion with (partial) musical notation.

Dated to 1177 A.D. on fol 317v. This folio also contains a note from the scribe, Symeon. Beneath this, in another hand, archbishop Germanos is mentioned as the scribe.  See Gardthausen p. 165 for a transcription of the first signature.

Contains notes in Arabic.

The manuscript contains several ornamental initials and decorative banners throughout.

Many of the folios have been repaired with scraps of paper contain text in Syriac.

On fol. 319r, several leaves with text from Ephrem Syrus’ Sermones paraenetici ad monachos Aegypti are appended to the end of the ms. facing the wrong side up.
